Dr. Kiera Sweetenberg, DVM

Today, Dr. Sweetenberg continues that mission by providing compassionate veterinary care and supporting pet owners as they make decisions about their pets’ well-being.
At Pro K9 Veterinarian in Richmond, Dr. Sweetenberg works with pet families to promote preventive care, responsible treatment, and a positive veterinary experience for both pets and their owners.

He was also exposed to responsible breeding practices through his family’s long-standing German Shepherd breeding program. After relocating to Texas more than 20 years ago, his interest in working dogs expanded to include breeds such as Rottweilers and French Bulldogs.
For the past eight years, Joshua has focused on French Bulldog breeding, developing experience in responsible breeding practices, whelping management, and neonatal care. At Pro K9 Veterinarian, he contributes his knowledge of breeding and animal care while supporting the veterinary team in providing attentive care for dogs of all breeds.
