The only thing I didn't love was that we discussed pricing for additional services before the veterinarian had seen my dog. I honestly can’t put into words how grateful we are for their kindness, honesty, and the genuine care they show. When one of our babies became seriously ill, we were scared and overwhelmed—but they didn’t hesitate for a second to help us. They made time immediately, welcomed him in, and treated him like he was one of their own. They carefully assessed his condition and recommended an overnight stay. That one night turned into two, which was so hard for us, but they made it a little easier by keeping us updated every step of the way.
